"Ischgl is about 90 minutes from Innsbruck by car. Located in the Paznaun Valley. Beautiful ski area, great terrain, Beginner to black diamond, great town at the base. Many good quality fun restaurants and bars for a very active Apres Ski scene. Throughout the valley there are a number of ski areas in reasonable driving distance. There is summer activity but check before you go. The whole town is practically closed between Oct 1st and mid-November for freshening before the mountain opens for ski season."
