You retain ownership of any photos, videos, or text you post. By posting, you grant Wunderluster a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting harmful, offensive, misleading, or inaccurate travel information
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonating another person or travel blogger

5. Email Communications & Weekly Digest

By creating an account on Wunderluster, you agree that we may send you periodic email communications, including our Weekly Digest featuring curated travel posts and content from our community.

• The Weekly Digest may feature posts selected by our editorial team, including content from bloggers and affiliate partner destinations.
• Some links included in digest emails may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase or booking through them, at no additional cost to you.
• You may opt out of digest and marketing emails at any time via your account Settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Opting out of marketing emails will not affect transactional notifications related to your account activity.

6. Third-Party Links & Booking Services

The App may include links to third-party booking platforms (such as Skyscanner, Booking.com, and similar services) through our Trip Planner and other features. These links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase or booking through them, at no additional cost to you. Wunderluster is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites.

7. Sponsored Content & Advertising

Wunderluster may display sponsored posts or advertisements from travel brands and partners. Sponsored content will be clearly identified where required by applicable law. Travel bloggers on the platform may have affiliate or sponsored relationships with brands they feature.

8. Disclaimers

Wunderluster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Travel information posted by users is user-generated and may not always be accurate. Always verify important details — including visa requirements, opening hours, and safety conditions — before traveling.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve Wunderluster, personalise your experience, and send important account notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Camera & Photo Library

The App requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to upload travel photos and videos. This data is never accessed for any other purpose.

4. Data Sharing

• Your username and public posts are visible to other users.
• Your email address is never displayed publicly.
• We may share anonymised, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
• Sponsored or affiliate content is served through our own platform and does not require sharing your personal data with advertisers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. All personal data is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
