"Prague Square in the early morning — cobblestones, coffee, and no tourists yet. The astronomical clock draws crowds mid-day. the whole scene is rather magical in the morning. Cute restaurants and narrow walkways surround and intersect the square that was built beginning in the 1400's."

"Really fun restaurant with no menu. Just good food on skewers and great drinks. After multiple visits there are many stalwarts available but other choices seem to rotate. You browse around and pick the skewers that appeal to you. At the end of the meal you are charged by the number of skewers you have in your skewer pot. It is a short three minute walk from both the Julius Prague Hotel and the Andaz Hotel. and six minutes from the Powder Tower. It is definitely worth a trip there for a fun casual and tasty meal."

"The Powder Tower is the place where gun powder was stored so if there was an accident, fewer people would be injured or killed. It is interesting and very formidable. Recently cleaned! Worth a walk through."

"Charles Bridge is a landmark that has been around since the 1400's. Repaired over the years, it is a must to walk across and admire it in the evenings as the lights under the bridge come on. It has the statues of thirty Saints guarding the walkway."
